Since 2005, I have been working with individuals and families from the QC community in some way. Because of this experience, my practice is systems orientated. This allows for understanding ourselves as individuals as well as ourselves in the context of our most important relationships, communities and culture. I also use the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy model to help individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma and relational issues align their behaviors with their values.

I have 4 kids, ranging from 5 to 20, a husband, one lab, Lucy and a cat named Emmie. Life is busy, messy and filled with tons of activities. I enjoy learning and trying new things, just this year I climbed a mountain for the first time cause why not?! Any free time you can find me reading, doing hot yoga (or some form of exercise) or catching up with friends.
