I am married and have 1 daughter that lights up my life! In my free time I enjoy going on road trips with my family, attending craft and vendor fairs, reading, or crafting and scrapbooking. I love watching the Hawkeyes play football or basketball on the weekends and love dinners with my extended family.
As a therapist, I am dedicated to helping children and families navigate the challenges that accompany neurodevelopmental and behavioral differences. My clinical expertise includes working with children and adolescents diagnosed with autism, ADHD, ODD, and a wide range of behavioral and emotional concerns as well as matters of Special Education and 504 Plans. I approach therapy with a belief in each child and family's inherent potential, and I strive to create a nurturing, structured, and deeply supportive environment where growth can flourish.
I was raised in the Quad Cities and remain committed to serving this community with compassion, integrity, and a strong sense of pride and social justice. My practice reflects a commitment to accessibility, trauma-informed care, and honoring the diverse lived experiences of the children and families I support. I work closely with caregivers and schools to build practical tools that foster connection, resilience, and positive behavior change at home, school, and in daily life.
Families who choose to work with me can expect a therapist who is both warm and straightforward—someone who listens closely, advocates fiercely, and meets each child with acceptance, curiosity, and respect. I understand how overwhelming parenting can be, and my goal is always to walk alongside families with empathy and guidance, helping them feel empowered rather than alone.
My clinical style blends art and play-based strategies, behavior-focused interventions, and relationship-centered approaches. I believe that meaningful progress happens when children feel seen, safe, and celebrated for who they are. Whether supporting emotional regulation, communication skills, or day-to-day behavioral challenges, I work to ensure that every child receives individualized, evidence-based care tailored to their unique strengths and needs.
If you are seeking a therapist who brings experience, creativity, and heartfelt dedication to the therapeutic process, I would be honored to support your child and family.
